Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:
40
Oreo Cookies
1 Stick
Butter
2 l
Vanilla Icecream
4 oz
unsweetened Chocolate
2 tbl
Butter
1 cup
Sugar
1 1/3 cup
evaporated Milk
1 t.
Vanilla

Preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate & butter. Add 1 cup of sugar. Stir in evaporated milk and just bring to a boil. Take of burner and add the vanilla. Cool to room temperature.
2. Crush the Oreo Cookies and melt 1 stick of butter. Combine for crust and pat in the bottom of a 9"x11" pan.
3. Top the crust with the ice cream.
4. Cover the ice cream with the cold chocolate sauce.
5. Freeze & Enjoy
