unsweetened Chocolate |
2 tbl

Butter |
1 cup
|
Sugar |
1 1/3 cup

evaporated Milk |
1 t.

1. | Melt the chocolate & butter. Add 1 cup of sugar. Stir in evaporated milk and just bring to a boil. Take of burner and add the vanilla. Cool to room temperature. |
2. | Crush the Oreo Cookies and melt 1 stick of butter. Combine for crust and pat in the bottom of a 9"x11" pan. |
3. | Top the crust with the ice cream. |
4. | Cover the ice cream with the cold chocolate sauce. |
5. | Freeze & Enjoy |
