unsweetened Chocolate |

2 tbl

Butter |

1 cup

Sugar |

1 1/3 cup
|
evaporated Milk |

1 t.

| 1. | Melt the chocolate & butter. Add 1 cup of sugar. Stir in evaporated milk and just bring to a boil. Take of burner and add the vanilla. Cool to room temperature. |
| 2. | Crush the Oreo Cookies and melt 1 stick of butter. Combine for crust and pat in the bottom of a 9"x11" pan. |
| 3. | Top the crust with the ice cream. |
| 4. | Cover the ice cream with the cold chocolate sauce. |
| 5. | Freeze & Enjoy |
